The Method started as a simple belief: Strength is a Virtue. After years serving as a firefighter/paramedic, military service, and over a decade in the health and performance space, Dillon recognized the need for a coaching system built specifically for those who serve. Tactical athletes face unique challenges—irregular sleep, elevated stress, heavy physical requirements, and the responsibility of being the one others rely on. The Method was built to meet those demands with structured training, clear nutrition guidance, measurable performance testing and metrics, and a resilient lifestyle framework based on four pillars: Strong, Build, Endure, Recover. Our mission is to help people become more capable, more durable, and more prepared for life at home and in uniform.
